Nitrite Free Bacon (Smoked)
Our unprocessed nitrite free bacon is produced without any artificial preservatives (nitrites, nitrates) or phosphates used to artificially hold added water. Handmade and naturally dry cured with sea salt and herbs. It's then cold smoked with oak boards to take on its distinct flavour.
We've found these traditional methods result in a more honest, authentic bacon with subtle aromatic scents and intensive rich flavor.
