Unlike Pancetta tesa (flat), Pancetta Arrotolata is first coated in black pepper to give contrasting warming with melt in your mouth sweetness. Wafer-thin slices begin to melt in the mouth giving a pleasing sweet spiciness. Ilkley salumi to be enjoyed as part of your charcuterie board or antipasti starter, presented in visually appealing swirls.
