Unlike Pancetta tesa (flat), our Pancetta Arrotolata is first coated in black pepper to give contrasting warming with melt in your mouth sweetness. Wafer thin slices begin to melt in the mouth giving a pleasing sweet spiciness. An Ilkley charcuterie ham presented in visually appealing swirls.
