Packing, Protection and Preservation:


Rest assured, we pack everything with the utmost care and attention to ensure our products reach you in optimum condition.  All fresh meat orders are chilled before being securely packaged with ultra-efficient, eco-friendly & biodegradable insulation. To ensure everything is kept cool until you receive it, biodegradable frozen gel packs are placed inside at the time of despatch. These levels of preservation are expensive, though necessary for your reassurance and safety. In order that our products may remain affordable for all customers, a generous subsidy is applied to offset the full cost of shipping - we hope you enjoy our Gluten Free Foods

  • £0 - £75.00 = £5.95

  • £75 and over = £0  (FREE)

Please be aware that the cost of preservation and shipping of perishable fresh food is expensive.

Consequently, we try hard to limit the impact of this on you the customer, we therefore hope you appreciate that around 45% of the actual shipping cost is subsidised by Primal Cut.

Please note:

During the Covid-19 pandemic we will require you to keep a 2m safe distance and collect your order from an insulated collection box adjacent to our front entrance. 

Delivery Schedule:

  • Please order by 12 Noon on Tuesday of each week to receive your order on Friday (same week).


  • Orders received after this deadline may be carried over to the following week.

Safe Place:

If you're unlikely to be in when your order is being delivered, you can leave your instructions in the Comments Box when you place your order. Please be aware that storage of products outside of refrigeration following delivery is not recommended. 


Sourcing high provenance meat isn't easy, particularly as everything is made fresh to order and nothing is frozen.

For this reason, we can only accept cancellations up and until 12 noon on Monday.




Unfortunately due to legal requirements concerning the shipping and preservation of cold chain, perishable foods we are unable to facilitate product returns.




In the unlikely event you consider your purchased product to be unsatisfactory please follow the instrustions below:

  • Notify us immediately via email, providing as much detail as possible. 

  • Attach at least one photograph of the item(s) concerned. 

  • Preserve the product in its original packaging according to the storage details on the label.

  • You must notify us within 4hrs of the delivery at your chosen address. Unfortunately, any items left in a safe place or not placed immediately into refrigeration are not covered by this guarantee.

We will review all information we receive in order to determine the appropriate corrective action. We reserve the right to provide the following in order, where either our product or service is found to be deficient or defective:

1. replacement

2. refund

Alternatively we may reject any claim where the provision of information as outlined above indicates incorrect handling, storage or cooking of the product(s) following delivery to your chosen location.​
