Dry Cured Pancetta or Pancetta Stesa is a charcuterie antipasti starter produced with 100% Free range Yorkshire pork. The freshly cut bellies are coated with an authentic and original Italian cure recipe. These are left for 3 weeks for the magic to happen, after curing the pancetta slabs are matured and dried for up to 3 months to give an all-natural sweet Italian taste. Nitrite-free & preservative-free.
