Paleo and Grain-Free Zucchini Bread: (Zucchini Loaf)

A savoury grain-free alternative to wheat bread created without gluten, dairy, legumes, or sugar! Made with zucchini, nuts, and eggs and baked into a loaf, topped with natural pumpkin seeds. Delicious toasted with your own toppings – we say to change what you eat not how you eat for a healthier more natural way of life!


Keep refrigerated. Can be sliced and frozen for up to three months. Suitable for vegetarians.


Each loaf yields approx. 13 slices with 2 crusts.
