Nitrite free, Streaky bacon produced from the belly of free range Yorkshire pigs. Naturally cured without artificial preservatives, added sugar or injected water. Once cured the bellies are then hung in our cold smoke room to take on flavours of oak and apple wood. Our delicious oak smoked streaky bacon is perfect fried crispy for breakfast, sandwich or teatime snack. Dry cured for 21 days our natural bacon has deep intense notes and unforgettable umami flavours.
