About the Recipe

As well as being flavourful and all natural, this banana bread is grain free, has no added white refined sugar and is naturally free from gluten. Why not add a slice to lunch boxes or enjoy with friends for an extra special high tea. It is a super simple bake and because we supply the dry ingredients all you need to add are the following:

Ingredients

1 x Primal Alternative Zucchini Bread Packet Mix


5g Apple Cider Vinegar


4 large free range eggs


200g bananas ( riper the better)


3g Cinnamon


20g Chopped Walnuts (optional)

Preparation

Step

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. Line a 1lb loaf tin with baking paper

  3. Add all the ingredients together and mix well either by hand, with a food mixer of food processor - to create a smooth batter

  4. Pour the prepared batter into the loaf tin

  5. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top if using

  6. Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean

  7. Leave to cool , slice, serve and enjoy!
