We have come a long way since we started and our efforts and passion for producing natural and healthy keto sausages. Chosen from more than 500 entrants we won awards for our Yorkshire sausage, Burley and Greek.

FUTURE FOODS AWARDS 2019

Future Foods Awards finalist

Primal Cut was a category finalist in the “Farm to Fork” Category of this innovative national competition.  The awards were launched to uncover the most exciting innovations in food and drink and we were delighted to be recognised in this way. 

 

The Judges had the following comments:

“Juicy 100% natural sausages and nitrite free bacon. The Judges loved the Sicilian sausages made with 100% free range Yorkshire pork and the work gone into the natural, honest and authentic production.”

The national search to find the best sausages in the UK took place in early October with around 500 sausages assessed by a team of expert judges headed up by Institute of Meat CEO Keith Fisher. The judges gathered at The Regional Food Academy at Harper Adams University to put all products to the taste test and the winners were announced on October 29.
