Yorkshire sausage: New Healthy Recipe
Made in Ilkley, West Yorkshire and originally created as a conventional pork sausage by a local butcher, we have tweaked the original spice blend and created our own Primal Cut version from our signature free-range Yorkshire pork, cracked black pepper and parsley.
The result, a terrific gluten-free breakfast-style sausage with lovely touches of fresh peppery heat, complimented perfectly by the crisp and cooling effect of parsley. It's a spikey heat not spicy, think of a similar warmth you might get from a really delicious savoury breakfast sausage.
