You will need:
500g passata
200g water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
5 tbsp coconut aminos
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
pinch of allspice
salt, to taste
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a pan, simmer for 20 mins until reduced to thickness required. Add salt to taste, cool, then transfer to jar and refrigerate.
