Merguez sausages are a delicious North African (Moroccan) spicy sausage, popular throughout the Middle East, Algeria, Tunisia and French cuisine. Our traditional recipe has the perfect ratio of Lamb, Beef, pure Himalayan salts and toasted organic spices all stuffed into natural lamb casings.
The recipe has quite a kick and is delicious served with a tomato sauce, pitta bread or wraps or with salad and a simple yoghurt dip.
It's equally good with mash and a lamb gravy, and topped with mint sauce - spoken like a true Yorkshire man!!
