Lunch: Keto Bagel and Ham (keto bagel recipe here)

Supper: Roast Lamb with Kale and green beans


Not much more to add other than the need to keep things simple always to succeed. Dance class tonight at St Hugh's. Have you tried 5Rhythms classes? These should be prescribed on the National Health, get the nation moving!
