We have taken a traditional French Toulouse recipe and created our very own Primal Cut gluten free variety from exclusive 100% free range Yorkshire pork. Our Toulouse combines fragrant French flavours of wild garlic, cracked black pepper and sea salt - and that's it: no wheat, no gluten, no rusk, no oats and no sugar - allergen free too!
Cooking Toulouse Sausage
Its a versatile, plump and juicy sausage that is perfect for traditional cassoulets, slow baked casseroles, sausage and lentil based dishes, sausage and garlic mash and so much more! Think simple French cooking and get busy in the kitchen!
Of course, authentic Toulouse sausages work best browned in a pan and finished in the oven and are perfect with any meal that requires slow cooking to bring out the best of flavours and taste.
